      Perencanaan Wisata Alam di Pantai Bukit Batu, Kabupaten Belitung Timur, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung

      Abstract
      Bukit Batu Beach is one of beaches in East Belitong. Bukit Batu Beach has golden brown sandy beach, calm waves and rock formation along the shore. The existences of hill around Bukit Batu Beach differentiate this beach from other beaches on the East Belitong region. The manager of Bukit Batu Beach had not had any plan to develop the coast towards natural tourism yet. Therefore, a study on the planning of natural tourism was required to support natural tourism in Bukit Batu Beach. The research was conducted at Bukit Batu Beach in July -August 2012. Instruments, used in the research were questionnaires, scoring table and interview guides. Respondents were managers, local people (93 respondents), and visitors (60 respondents). Data were gathered through literature review, interviews and field observations. Data were analyzed using a modification of Natural Tourism Objects and Attractions Assesment of develop by PHKA on 2003, known as ODTWA and descriptive analysis. Attractions and accessibility assessment using the ODTWA showed four objects with high value classification, namely Malang Lepau Beach, Malang Lepau Hill, Batu Bertumpuk, Malang Lepau Inlet. There were sociocultural potential of the communities around Bukit Batu Beach which include ethnic diversity, religious diversity, traditional dances, folklore of Anchors Belitung Island, Sea ceremonial salvation, Kwan Im temple, Bugis traditional houses and typical crafts of Burong Mandi village. Visitors of Bukit Batu Beach was dominated by teenagers (65%) and male (62%). The manager planed to build asphalt roads and a swimming pool in Bukit Batu Beach. The concept of planning in Bukit Batu Beaches was a tourism planning with the principle of conservation in order to maintain the growth natural resources in accordance with the ecological functions and to keep the function of the site. Planning of nature tourism in Bukit Batu Beach was based on the ecology. The ecological based planning of nature tourism in Bukit Batu Beach consis of spaced, accessibility, circulation, activities, facilities and human resource planning. Spatial planning consisted of divided the area into three spaces that were tailored to the priority object and field conditions. The first area was the main tourist space, which served as the center of visitors activities with high spatial use intensity. Main tourism space did not require too much modification resources to support the planned tourism activities. The second area supporting tourism space which was design to overcome visitor accumulation was in the main tourism space. In this area there were would be more recreational activities that still kept the educational value in it, namely tracking and Macaca watching. The additional supporting tourism space which was as the space support facilities in Bukit Batu Beach. The planned concept of accessibility was the addition of signposts and traffic signs along the way to Bukit Batu Beach. Circulation type in Bukit Batu Beaches were specified to a ecological – based beach destination, that the planned circulation path was divided into pedestrian and bike/wagon path and was not intended for motor vehicles. Planned activities and facilities were adapted to the natural resources, taking into account the consist of the environment, thereby minimizing damage to the environment in Bukit Batu Beach. Human resource planning was based on the participation of the community in outdoor activities Bukit Batu Beach.
