dc.description.abstract | E-commerce is defined as the execution of the process of sale and purchase transactions electronically through the help of information and communication technology. This study measures the quality of Indonesian e-commerce website usability using parameters related to customer and transactor users for determining Indonesian e-commerce website readiness. The research was carried out in several steps include determining parameter related to transactor and customer users, collecting Indonesian e-commerce website, conducting preprocessing, and evaluating website according to the parameter defined in the previous step. The evaluation results show that for the parameter of transactor user 4.38% websites have good criteria, 74.5% of them have moderate criteria, and the rest belongs to poor criteria. Moreover, for the parameters of customer user, the evaluation results show that 2.92%, 67.15%, and 35.04% of them belongs to good, moderate and poor criteria, respectively | en |
