The aimed of this study is to describe the helminth infestation on diseased angelfish obtained from the forerunner of the Center of Ornamental Fish Business Services and Marketing at Cibinong (Raiser). The angelfish showed ulceration and hemorrhage on the skin near caudal fin with damaged of tail fin. Microscopic observations showed the most severe lesions found in intestine which was have transversal and longitudinal slices of helminthes larvae within the lumen also buried in mucosa. The morphology and size of the helminthes were observed within the Hematoxylin Eosin tissue section. The shapes and the sizes of larvae as compared studies of literatures lead to reveal nematode Camallanus sp as genus of helminthes found. Severe helminthes infestation within intestine causes indigestion and absorption of food which will further cause disturbances in other organs
