Cilacap Regency is located at the Central Java has fisheries potential with high economic value and become a minapolitan area. The presence of Pertamina RU IV Cilacap at Cilacap Regency plays a significant role to economic contribution for public, both directly and indirectly. On the other hand, the activities Pertamina also create negative impacts from oil spill which has polluted the seat erritory of Cilacap:D uring period 2003-2011t,h erew ere four oil spills. Based on some researchest,h ose casesh ave impacted on the shrimp capture, effort and income of fishemren. Oil spill effects usually were not considered by decision maker and become environmental extemalities. In order to quantiff the impact, it is important to value of the economic lossed, the shrimp capture, effort decline in the area and the policy implication. The study aim to value of the economic loss impacted by oil spill using approach of bioeconomic model, producer surplus, and dynamic modeling. The result shows that the value of effort and shrimp capture decline of oil spill impact we 4.299 trip and 53,81 ton.
