The aim of this study was to obtain the profile of erythrocyte count, hemoglobin concentration, and hematocrit values on growing Friesien Holstein. Twenty five Friesien Holstein calves were used in this study and divided into five group (n=5). Blood sample were taken from jugular vein and were examined for erythrocyte count, hemoglobin concentration, and hematokrit values. The result of this study showed that the mean erythrocyte count was low in the first month of life, increased gradually until 6 month. The hematocrit values were highest in the first 3 month and disposed stable over the sixth month to one years of life. Hemoglobin concentration was stable for 1-12 month old.
