Today, communication network technology is experiencing a lot of improvement. The improvement can be seen by the growth of bandwidth capacity and the widening of network coverage, especially in the IP-based network. This lead to the development of network integration concept called Next Generation Network (NGN). One of the popular integration process is integrating calling process from switched network to packet network. Electronic Numbering Mapping (ENUM) can be used to integrate numbering process between the networks. ENUM maps E.164 standard to IPbased address with Domain Name System (DNS) technology. In addition, ENUM accomadates a single number to several calling protocols in VoIP technology. A research is done to create numbering recommendation with ENUM to map a single number to several calling protocol. Berkeley Internet Name Domain (BIND) is used as the ENUM server and Asterisk is used as the softswitch. This research also analyses Call Setup Delay to discover how much ENUM look up affecting the call setup. Based on the analysis of call setup delay, call setup time between H.323 to H.323, H.323 to SIP, SIP to H.323, and SIP to SIP protocol 0.235 s, 0.218 s, 0.255 sand 0.199 s respectively. The result of call setup time is comply with ITU-T E.nl standard, which requires call setup delay under 3 seconds.en
