The study was aimed to describe the morphology of female reproductive organ of the Asian palm civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus). This study was used three females of Asian palm civet that examined using macroscopic and microscopic observation. Microscopic observation was done using Hematoxillin-Eosin and Masson’s trichrome staining methods. The female reproductive organs of Asian palm civet were consisted of ovary sinister and dexter, oviducts, uteri, vagina, vestibule, and vulva. The average weight of dexter and sinister ovaries were 0,18±0,09 and 0,19±0,09 g respectively. The length of dexter and sinister ovaries, oviduct, cornua uteries, and corpus uteries were 0,79±0,23 and 0,77±0,26; 3,82±1,49 and 3,85±1,43; 3,04±0,22 and 3,27±0,60, 2,32±0,12 cm respectively. The length of cervix, vagina, and vestibule were 0,97±0,44, 1,27±0,44, and 0,71±0,22 cm respectively. Ovaries of Asian palm civet were consisted of cortex and medula. The oviduct has mucosa folds and the epithelium was found no cilia. Endometrial glands were found in cornua and corpus uteri. Macroscopically and microscopically, the structure of the female reproductive organs were very similar to those cat and dog.en
