Key performance indicator report is the most importance report for tenant relation management to make’s a decision and as company performance information to manager infront of board of management. Current KPI report in tenant relation management division still developed by un-integrated system that combine all department information report with Microsoft excell. Therefore information system for integrating key performance indicators report among Tenancy, Marketing and Customer Service department is very needed. Development process for key performance indicator reporting system use waterfall method analysis and Unified Modeling Language for modeling system. Creating new system for Tenant Relation Management Division based on integration key performance indicator report in all departments (tenancy, marketing and customer service) will make easier for information data share, and faster in report generation with real time reporting. The result from key performance indicator report can help manager to decide when the operational meeting review will be held by Marketing, Engineering, House keeping and Security, when the Marketing should focus on leasing platinum area, and finally decide when marketing should start to find new tenant.
