dc.description.abstractWebsite quality analysis and web log toward e-government website are very important to be analysed. Webqual 4.0 is the method used to measure the quality of the website based on user’s perception. Data collection was done by asking 30 university students in Bengkulu province questionnaires. The website that were used as the sample was Bengkulu province’s official website, and the official website of three best provinces according to PeGI which are West Java, East Java, and NAD. The result shows that in term of usability, West Java Province has the highest rank and NAD Province has the lowest rank. In term of information quality, West Java Province and NAD have the highest rank and Bengkulu Province has the lowest rank. In term of service interaction, East Java has the highest rank and Bengkulu Province has the lowest rank. A web log is a file that records entire accessed activity that is done towards web server. Web log analysis is used to get information that is stored in web server with designing web based application program. Web log data that used is the data in Bengkulu province official website’s server. The result of web log application program is consisted in these kinds of data, number of visitors, visited pages, status code, accessed file capability, referenced pages, and the browser used by the visitors. That visitor’s access pattern has been through a data cleaning process from irrelevant information such as picture file, multimedia files, request method except GET. Therefore it can help system administrators and web desainer monitor website performance and quality for the sake of future development of e-government websiteen
dc.description.abstractPembuatan situs web pemerintah daerah merupakan salah satu wujud nyata dari pengaplikasian e-government berdasarkan Inpres Nomor 3 Tahun 2003 dan Kepmen Nomor 57 Tahun 2003. Pentingnya analisis kualitas website dari persepsi masyarakat serta informasi yang tersimpan pada web log website e-government merupakan alasan penelitian ini dilakukan. WebQual 4.0 adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas website berdasarkan persepsi masyarakat. Kategori yang digunakan webqual 4.0 terdiri atas usability, kualitas informasi, dan interaksi pelayanan. Website yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu website provinsi Bengkulu dan tiga provinsi terbaik versi PeGI (2011), yaitu Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur, dan Nangroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 30 mahasiswa di provinsi Bengkulu yang mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan internet. Kuesioner terbagi menjadi tiga bagian, antara lain: pendahuluan (karakteristik dan perilaku responden), task, dan daftar pertanyaan mengenai kualitas website. Pengolahan data kuesioner dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif terhadap karakteristik dan perilaku responden, persentase keberhasilan dan rata-rata waktu responden dalam menyelesaikan task, serta penilaian responden dalam menentukan kualitas website.
