dc.description.abstractThe investigation on the effect of giving ATP on muscle fatigue recovery on Rana sp had been investigated using a gastrocnemius muscle. The experiment were carried out by stimulating muscle with submaximal voltage. The muscle was submerged in a 0,65% NaCl, and the muscle contraction was recorded. The amplitude of single stimulation was measured of its length. The following study was to stimulate the muscle continousely until reaching titanic state. The peak of titanic state indicated the muscle fatigue. Addition of ATP was expected to reduce the amplitude of titanic peak. The ratio of titanic amplitude to the single stimulation in the presence of ATP has no significant effect compared to the ringer lactate.en
