The aim of this research was to determine different cardiorespiration score and body temperature of sedated Macaca fascicularis in different microclimate condition (temperature & humidity). 10 heads of male Macaca fascicularis in age of 4 years old were placed in adaptation room with room temperature and humidity for seven days. Then Macaca fascicularis were conditioned in room temperature of 25°C for 14 days. For the last, Macaca fascicularis were conditioned in room temperature of 29°C for 14 days. Cardiorespiration data was taken on 1st, 7th, 14th, and 28th days. The result showed that Macaca fascicularis in sedated condition, the decreased of physiological parameter scorer were also influenced by its microclimate condition. Condition with microclimate Mt-25 (room temperature and humidity of 25,79 ± 1,16°C and 80,19 ± 9,05% rel) regarded as the most suitable condition for Macaca fascicularis in sedated condition. But both room conditions were not disturbing sedated Macaca fascicularis heart function. It could be proven by ECG profile which was in normal condition
