Job satisfaction is a reflection of the positive or negative attitude that made the individual to a job. Herzberg explains that this attitude is the emotional response (affective) which are influenced by motivational factors and health factors. The Open University (UT) is a center of excellence in the development of theory and practical implementation of distance education in Indonesia. To maintain motivation, the organization must know what the driving factors that leads employees to be motivated to do the job. To determine the influence of motivational factors on job satisfaction conducted by the method of crosstab analysis and multiple regression. The analysis concludes that two factors influence employee job satisfaction, among the two dominant factors that influence the motivation factor.
