The aim of this research is to achieve up to date information on the map of five years (2006 – 2010) researches conducted by the researchers from the Research Centre for Biology, Indonesian Institute of Sciences through technical reports published and reserved in the Library of the same institution. Method of Co-words Analysis Approach on subjects (keywords or descriptors) was implemented. Document fitting are conducted through the assessment on subject similarities and dissimilarities using Jaccard Coefficient Index. The result of this current study shows that there are three most frequently appear keywords (descriptors) for each group: Java, National Parks, and Pandanaceae. This indicates that for five years the researches carried out in the institution have been mainly focused on the exploration on Pandanaceae proceeded in the National Parks located in Java. Other subjects such as diversity, DNA, genetic diversity, habitats, Indonesia, Kalimantan, mangroves, Pandanus, reserved areas, Sulawesi, and Sumatra appear less frequent at least in the last two years, thus indicating popular research topics following the first three subjects.en
