dc.description.abstract | This research aims to measure usability of Indonesia e-commerce websites based on browser and evaluator user type in determining the readiness of Indonesia e-commerce. This research is performed by searching Indonesia e-commerce websites, preprocessing, determining parameters in accordance with the user type of browser and evaluator, evaluating the websites, and analyzing the results. Website evaluation results show that out of 144 websites, 66% and 64.65% meet the browser and evaluator user type respectively. In addition, based on the evaluation weighting, 80% of Indonesia ecommerce websites are at level 3, and 20% are at level 4 on the fulfillment of usability parameters. This indicates that the fullfillment of usability aspects of Indonesia e-commerce websites based on browser and evaluator user type is quite good. | en |
