The resistance activity of C. albicans against antifungal will be rised a serious problem at dairy farms. This research aims were determined the habitat where C. albicans can be able to survive in the dairy farms location. The isolated C. albicans were evaluated to antifungals sensitivity. This study showed that C. albicans was isolated from all milk samples. The all isolated C. albicans still remain sensitive to ketoconazole and griseofulvin, except C. albicans, which isolated from milk sample of Cipanas farm, were resistant to fluconazole, and C. albicans, which isolated from milk sample of Cisarua farm and vaginal swab sample of Kebon Pedes farm, were resistant to itraconazole, respectively. The research showed that antifungal ketoconazole more effective to inhibit the C. albicans growth than itraconazole, fluconazole, and griseofulvin.en
