dc.description.abstract | Human capital and worker knowledge are essential elements for the success of any organization. The emerging global economy will force businesses and organizations to leverage and develop human capital and knowledge as critical functions necessary for business survival. There are several factors that can influence human capital such as school or formal education, general training, specific training, and other knowledge. The model of human capital development offers two side advantages both for organization (increased productivity and profits) and for employees (increased wages and income). Just like conventional organizations, cooperatives must pay attention to this. The research was conducted on Koperasi Peternak Sapi Perah Bandung Utara Jawa Barat (KPSBU Jabar). The collection of primary data obtained from questionnaires that are allocated at 105 KPSBU Jabar employees as respondents. Research method used is structural equation modeling (SEM). The finding of this research revealed that implementation of human capital management in KPSBU Jabar on a training only. And the other finding of this research revealed that the model of human capital development in KPSBU Jabar only the other knowledge that employee‟s had has a significant effect on human capital and human capital has a significant effect only on increased productivity and profit organization. | en |
