Penyusunan Basis Data Kegiatan Adaptasi Perubahan Iklim di Indonesia

Abstract

Climate change has been providing impact on many development sectors in Indonesia. Relevancy of climate change adaptation integrated in mainstream development programs. Many institutions in Indonesia have been executing adaptation programs in order to adjust to the impacts of climate change. Adaptation program datas are still fragmented. Sharing information for the other parties who concern with climate change adaptation issues becomes difficult. So in this research, a database of climate change adaptation program is developed by survey method for data inventory. Then data was integrated and accordance with the indicators and criterias. Developing database of climate change adaptation program has made by Adobe Dreamweaver CS 3 and MySQL DBMS, finally mapping a database of climate change adaptation programs has done by Google Earth and Fusion Table. The information of climate change adaptation programs that has been and is being conducted by an institution can help many institutions for develops program well. Besides that, strengthening of local capacity is important to do, including an increase in central-local coordination, planning and funding for climate change adaptation programs benefit by people of Indonesia.
