The objective of this research was to study the effect of Sambiloto, Sirih Merah, and Adas extract in inhibiting H5N1 avian influenza virus infection in broiler. Broiler were devided into 4 groups, each consisted of 8 chicks. Groups I, II, and III were given with herb extract (5%, 7.5%, and 10%) and control with aquadest. All groups were challenged with AI virus after being treated with herb extract. Observations were done for mortality, performans, histopathology of lymphoid organs (spleen, thymus and bursa Fabricius) and antibody titer of the chicken. The result of this study indicated that 7.5% herb extract better in its ability to inhibit mortality and reduce the damage of lymphoid organ than other treatments. Herb extract did not affect the performans of broiler.en
