Fertilizer technology is a kind of effort to increase rice production based on the presence of escalating rice consumption per capita. Water stimulating feed (WSF) is a new stunning technology innovation which campaigned could enhance rice productivity until 9 tons per hectare, diminish paddy borer attack, economize on water and fertilizer consumption, until now WSF is still being technology a controversion because it has not licensed yet at Deparment of Agriculture (Anonim,2006b ).en
