This research was aimed to identify the parasitic worm on the Colossoma macropomum and see the relationship between the infestation of worm with the hematology of Colossoma macropomum. This research used 30 samples from Situ Daun, Ciampea, and Cibitung Tengah. The organ which examined were the gills and the intestines. The prevalence of parasitic worm showed that in Situ Daun was 100%, Ciampea 70%, and Cibitung Tengah 50%. Parasitic worm that identified from gills were a subclass of monogenea, Diplectanidae family, Oncocleidus sp, and Tetraonchus sp. The level of eosinophil was increased because of infection of parasitic worm.en
