This treatment were done for two months, the mice were then euthanized. The lymph node and spleen were collected as histopathological samples. Samples were processed routinely to prepare histopathology slide stained with Haematoxylin Eosin. The parameters observed were the number and width of lymphoid follicle on both spleen and lymph node. Quantitative data were analyzed with ANOVA test and followed by Duncan test. The observation results of that the mice given black seed oil extracts showed increased of lymphoid follicle wide of spleen and lymph node on group II, III, and IV which are significant (p<0,05) compare to the control group. | en |
