Produksi dan karakterisasi protease Citrobacter sp. Galur BKL-1 dari saluran pencernaan ikan kerapu lumpur (Epinephelus tauvina)
Abstract
Nineteen hacteria. were isolated from digestive tract of Epinephelus tauvina and screened for their ability to produce protease. The largest clear zone was recorded for BKL-1 isolate. BKL-1 isolate was identified as Citrobacter sp. The protease from Citrobacter sp. strain BKL-1 showed a maximum activity after 15 hours cultivation in liquid media. Protease production was detected at a stationary growth phase
