dc.description.abstractA complete set of intruments which is easy to be used for evaluating nutritional status anthropometricaly both for children and adult is not developed yet except health card so called "Kartu Menuju Sehat". KMS was designed by Department of Health to evaluate nutritional status of children under five based on Weight for Age. The objectives of this study are to develop : 1) statistical control diagram of Weight for Age, 2) statistical control diagram of Weight for Height or Length , 3) statistical control diagram of leight or length for age and 4) statistical control diagram of Body Mass Index. Weight functions of Age ranging from 0 up to 18 years old or Height ranging from 48 cm up to 145 cm were generated for z=-2 and z=+2 where z is linear transformation of weight. In the same way Height or Length functions of Age ranging from 0 up to 18 years old were generated for z=-2 and z=+2 where z is linear transformation of height or length. Four Weight Non Linear functions of Height ranging from 135cm up to 200cm were generated for BMI= 18.5, BMI=25, BMI=27 and BMI=30. This study 13 produced statistical control diagrams to evaluate nutritional status anthropometricaly namely 12 control diagrams for children and one control diagram for adult. The control diagrams are easy to be used becauset need only plotting data anthropometry interpreting the results..en
