The purpose of study was to evaluate nutritional value and food safety aspect of street food at Bursa Kue Subuh Pasar Senen, Jakarta Pusat. Moisture contents were between 35.61-72.85%, ash 0.20-2.81%, protein 1.13-6.42%, fat 0.18-7.60%, carbohydrate 25.49¬54.29% and energy 98.39 -279.65 Kal. The average contribution of street foods to children were energy was 3.55% and protein was 2.64% whereas for adult RDA was 3.43% energy and 2.32% protein. The kinds of colour additives used in the street food were Fast Green FCF, Night Green 2B, Tartrazine, Sunset Yellow, Erythrosine and Ponceau 4R and the kinds of sweetener were saccharine and cyclamate. No preservatives were detected in the samples.
