| dc.description.abstract | Land use defeated from paddy field agricultural land to non agricultural land has reached an alarming level. In order to maintain national food sovereignty required the protection of agricultural land by the establishment of sustainable paddy field agriculture land. For to realize the existence are need model (methods and techniques) to selection, deliniation and zonation for sustainable paddy field agriculture land (LPPB). Determination LPPB preceded by the parameters selection and criteria determination by Hayashi analysis. From this test can be formulated that LPPB is an paddy field agricultural land irrigated of technical, semi technical, simple (rain fed), which has a productivity of over 4.5 tonnes / ha, had a Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) > 1.497 and has a Size of Unity Land Cover (LKHL) > 10 ha. Irrigation systems and LKHL parameters data can be extract from the ALOS AVNIR-2 imagery, the productivity data can be determined by the Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI) data from MODIS Terra and Aqua series (2005-2009) imagery. The EVI on picpoint and productivity of paddy fields has a positive correlation with the equation Prod. = 2.9785 + 6.0751 * EVI value. BCR values obtained from the calculation of productivity and index investments obtained from MODIS imagery are combined with data from the production cost of rice paddy land acquired from field surveys. LPPB selection techniques can be built through remote sensing methods. Activities starting from parameter data extraction through the sattelite image, field survey, development of criteria according to field conditions, LPPB classifying through spatial analysis and presentation of result in the LPPB maps. From this method was known that paddy field agricultural area can be diferences as LPPB1, LPPB2, LPPB3, LPPB4, LPPB5, Reserve of LPPB and Non LPPB. | en |
