| dc.description.abstract | Since December 1998, government has released policy for omitting : fertilizer subsidy and liberating fertilizer market. That policy has some effects for example the fertilizer became scarce and the price of fertilizer increased. This situation was used by some people to produce fertilizer with lower price. However, some of the fertilizers that are distributed and sold in the market not conformed like on the label and could decrease the quality of land. Therefore, the fertilizer that are distributed to public must be throughly tested included the test about the contain of the nutrient and the effectiveness of the fertilizer to the crops. | en |
