dc.description.abstract | Pule pandak (Rauvolfia serpentina Benth) is a kind of scarce plant from family Apocynaceae that has alkaloid compound and it's often used as a raw material of medicine such as medicine for making high blood presure out, making dysentry out, and making lose appetite out. One of efforts to save pule pandak from extinct is doing an ex-situ conservation activity. The research of mini cuttings acclimatization of pule pandak was done for solve the problem uppeared after had done propagation using tissue culture technique. The conclusion is all of treatments gave significant effect to the growth of root and the increasing of stem height. The best seed based on the average of root lenght and the increasing of stem height is the seed resulted from cuttungs with rootone-F. The highest chance to live is had by control cuttings | en |
