Model optimasi pendistribusian logistik bencana alam
Abstract
Logistics distribution in emergency situations involves dispatching commodities (medical materials, specialized rescue equipment and rescue teams, food, etc.) to the affected areas. The optimization process is done by combining the optimal logistics distribution with vehicles scheduling, such that quantity and capacity loads of every vehicle is satisfied. At the end of logistics distribution process it is possible that there is unsatisfied demand in affected area. The minimization of unsatisfied demand can be regarded as an integer linear programming problem (ILP). The problem can be solved using branch and bound method. Optimal value is obtained using Lingo 8.0 Unlimited software.
