This research was conducted to determine the effect of Artemisia annua Linn. infusion to the percentage of differential leucocyte mice that was infected by Plasmodium berghei. This research used totally 30 mice such as male and female mice (Mus musculus), the mice then completely randomized devided into 5 groups and was design using three replication. The five groups were 1) normal control group, 2) negative control group, 3) AR1 group (A. annua L. infusion with dilutions of 1 × 10-2), 4) AR2 group (A. annua L. infusion with dilutions of 1 × 10-4), and 5) AR3 group (infusa A. annua L. with dilutions of 1 × 10-6). In male mice, highest percentage of neutrophil was AR3 on 8th day after infection (45.33%), highest percentage of monocyte was AR1 on 11th day after infection (18%), and highest percentage of lymphocyte was AR1 on 6th day after infection (67.67%). In female mice highest percentage of neutrophil was AR1 on 10th day after infection (37.67%), highest percentage of monocyte was AR1 on 2nd day after infection (13%), and highest percentage of lymphocyte was AR2 on 9th day after infection (76.50%).en
