dc.description.abstractPakan asal limbah industriagro umumnya mengandung serat kasar structural yang tinggi sehingga mempengaruhi ketersediaan nutrient dan mineral jarang seperti seng (Zn) dan tembaga (Cu). Kekurangan nutrient dan mineral dipasok oleh Zn organic, Cu organic, dan kompleks Ca-minyak ikan. Pada penelitian ini dipelajari kesetaraan ransum yang berbasis limbah agroindustri dengan ransum konvensional terhadap pertumbuhan sapi perah periode pedet dan dara. Serta dipelajari pengaruh suplemen Zn dan Cu dalam bentuk mineral-lisinat atau mineral proteinat dan kompleks Ca-minyak pada ransum sapi perah terhadap produksi dan kualitas susu.id
dc.description.abstractMost of feedstuff originated from agro-industrial by product characterized by high structural carbohydrate, which reduce the availability of its nutrients including trace mineral such as Zn and Cu. Nutrient fortification by supplementation of Zn organic, Cu-organic and Ca-fish oil Complex could improve the nutritive value of these feedstuff.
