Peranan sektor pertanian dalam perekonomian Indonesia analisa sistem neraca sosial ekonomi

Abstract

Perhatian pemerintah terhadap pembangunan pertanian selama ini cukup besar, namun dari sejumlah kebijkan yang dikeluarkan seringkali kurang menyentuh dan mengakselerasi kinerja sektor pertanian, sehingga peran sektor pertanian dalam perekonomian nasional belum terlihat optimal. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis peranan sektor pertanian dalam perekonomian nasional, mengidentifikasi efek jalur pendapatan sektor pertanian terhadap pendapatan rumahtangga, dan merumuskan kebijakan pembangunan pertanian yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap pendapatan rumahtangga, tenaga kerja, sektorsektor produksi dan perekonomian secara menyeluruh. Untuk menjawab semua tujuan tersebut digunakan model Sistem Neraca Sosial Ekonomi (SNSE).

The attention of government to the agricultural development during this time is large enough, but from the amount of the policies that be released often less of touch and to accelerate to the performance of agricultural sector so that the role of agricutural sector in national economy is not optimal yet. The objective of this study is in order to analize the role of agricultural sector in national economy to identify the effect of income path of agriculture sector to the housing income and to formulate the agricultural development policy that have the most highest of influence to the housing income, the labor, production and economy sector entirely. In order to answer all of such purpose in this study used social accounting matrix model (SAM).
