dc.description.abstractThe Purposes of this researdr are: (1) to learning implementation of quality management at Milk Treatment KPBS Pangalengiw (2) to identifying influence factors of milk pasteurization quality and implementing of quality management at Milk Treatment WBS Pangalengaa; and (3) to formulating of quality management at Milk Treatment KPBS Pangalengan. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, Fishbone Diagram analysis, and Quality Function Deployment analysis as tool to formulating quality management by House Of Quality (HOQ) matrik. The result of HOQ maMlc, formulation of quality management at Milk Treatment KWS Pangalengan are: (1) increasing quality of raw material; (2) efficiency of processing (3) inmasing cooperation with diafxibtttor; and (4) launching a new product. New time, Milk Treatment KPBS Pangalengan suggested to formulating quality management with all stakeholders.id
