A Study was conducted to find out the effect of protein content on the carcass of muscovy ducks. One hundred and sixty DOD, consisted of 80 males and 80 females, all DOD (0-3 weeks) were given starter layer. The treatments given growing period (3-6 weeks old) consisted of two protein level (12 % and 15 O/O) x 2 sexes (male and female), with 5 replicates each of 4 DOD was allocated randomly in litter cage of 1 x 1 m 2. Iso caloric ration (2600 hal/lcg) was given applied for all treatments. The finisher period (6- lhveeks old) all muscovy duck was given some ration (12 '10 protein and 2600 kcal/lrg) was applied for all treatments. The experimental design for this study was Randomized Block Design, fola factorial (2 x 2 ). The result showed that the male muscovy was significantly ( P < 0,05 ) higher than female in all parameters measured, except for the carcass persentage. Muscovy duck received gmwer ration with 15 O/O protein were not significantly different than that which received 12 % protein in a11 parameters measured, except breast weight (P < 401) and abdominal fat (P < O,05). There was no interaction between protein ration and sex that affect all parameters measured, except male muscovy duck received 15 O/o protein increased breast weight, but decreased abdominal fat.id
