      Abstract
      Andaliman, a wild spice well known in northem Sumatera has a fresh citrusy and warm sweet peppery odor. This research was conducted to analyze potent odorant from andaliman maceration extract using GC-MS, GC/O and aroma extract dilution analysis (AEDA) method.
