Analisis Struktur Pusat-pusat Pelayanan dan Aliran Tataniaga Komoditas-komoditas Unggulan di Kawasan Agropolitan Ciwidey

Abstract

Development of agropolitan spatial structure was determined by the availability of infrastructures and service centers, centralization and competitiveness of strategic commodities and sectors, and trade-flow of strategic commodities. Ciwidey area which comprised three subdistricts (subdistricts of Pasirjambu, Ciwidey, and Rancabali) has been formally chosen as agropolitan area since the year 2005, where the aim was increasing productivity and competitiveness of agricultural, industrial and tourism products. The spatial structure were identified with (1) analyzing village’s development based on hierarchy of service centers and technique of skalogram, (2) strategic commodities / sectors of the area with employing technique of Location Quotient and Shift Share Analysis, and (3) pattern of trade-flow of strategic commodities in the area. There was also survey on trade-flow of strategic commodities and market center.

Perkembangan struktur ruang suatu kawasan agropolitan dipengaruhi oleh pusat-pusat pelayanan dan infrastruktur yang tersedia, pemusatan dan tingkat kompetitif (competitiveness) sektor-sektor/komoditas unggulan, serta aliran tataniaga komoditas unggulan. Kawasan Ciwidey yang terdiri dari tiga kecamatan (Kecamatan Pasirjambu, Kecamatan Ciwidey dan Kecamatan Rancabali) sejak tahun 2005 telah ditetapkan sebagai kawasan agropolitan dimana tujuannya adalah meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing produk pertanian, industri dan pariwisata. Analisis struktur pusat-pusat pelayanan dan aliran tataniaga komoditaskomoditas unggulan diidentifikasi dengan (1) perkembangan wilayah berdasarkan hirarki pusat-pusat pelayanan dengan teknik skalogram, (2) sektor/komoditas unggulan kawasan dengan teknik Location Quotient dan Shift Share Analisis, serta (3) pola aliran tataniaga komoditas unggulan kawasan dengan survei aliran tataniaga komoditas unggulan dan pusat pasar.
