Strategi Pengembangan Pengelolaan Ijen UNESCO Global Geopark Berkelanjutan Berbasis Analisis Variabel Sistem dan Sinergi Aktor

Abstract

Geopark dikembangkan dengan tiga pilar utama yang bertujuan mendorong upaya konservasi, edukasi, dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal secara berkelanjutan melalui upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis variabel sistem yang memengaruhi dan mengendalikan, karakteristik sinergi dan tingkat konvergensi antar aktor terhadap tujuan, menganalisis status atau capaian kinerja pengelolaan, dan merumuskan strategi berbasis hasil integrasi analisis faktor dan sinergi aktor penggerak Ijen UGGp secara berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan, yaitu studi literatur, wawancara terstruktur, dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberlanjutan Ijen UGGp secara mutlak dikendalikan oleh variabel kelembagaan yang berada di kuadran key driver. Konvergensi visi antar-aktor penggerak terhadap tujuan pengelolaan Ijen UGGp berkelanjutan sebesar 100%. Status kinerja yang ditinjau dari dimensi ekologi, sosial budaya, dan ekonomi tergolong tinggi. Empat strategi adaptif berbasis integrasi faktor dan aktor dirumuskan guna mewujudkan pengelolaan yang berkelanjutan.

The Geopark was developed with three main pillars aimed at encouraging conservation efforts, education, and encouraging local economic growth sustainably through community empowerment efforts. This study aims to analyze the system variables that influence and control, the characteristics of synergy and the level of convergence between actors towards the objectives, analyze the status or achievement of management performance, and formulate a strategy based on the results of the integration of factor analysis and synergy of actors driving the sustainability of Ijen UGGp. The methods used were literature study, structured interviews, and field observations. The results of this study indicate that the sustainability of Ijen UGGp is absolutely controlled by institutional variables located in the key driver quadrant. The convergence of visions between driving actors towards the objectives of sustainable Ijen UGGp management is 100%. The performance status reviewed from the ecological, socio-cultural, and economic dimensions is considered high. Four of adaptive strategy based on the integration of factors and actors are formulated to realize sustainable management.
