| dc.description.abstract | Asam humat merupakan komponen penting dalam pembenah tanah sehingga diperlukan metode analisis yang mampu menghasilkan data yang presisi, akurat, dan tetap andal terhadap variasi kecil kondisi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi ketahanan kinerja empat metode analisis asam humat, yaitu New Standardized Method (NSM), metode Petunjuk Teknis, NSM modifikasi gravimetri, dan NSM modifikasi spektrofotometri pada matriks Pupuk Organik Padat (POP) dan Senyawa Humat Padat (SHP). Ketahanan kinerja dievaluasi berdasarkan presisi menggunakan %RSD terhadap batas keberterimaan 2/3 CV Horwitz dan akurasi menggunakan %Recovery terhadap consensus value. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa metode Juknis memiliki ketahanan kinerja terbaik pada matriks POP,
sedangkan pada matriks SHP tidak terdapat metode yang memenuhi seluruh kriteria presisi dan akurasi pada semua variasi kondisi operasional. Secara umum, metode berbasis spektrofotometri menunjukkan ketahanan kinerja yang lebih baik dibandingkan metode berbasis gravimetri, sedangkan karakteristik matriks memengaruhi kemampuan metode dalam mempertahankan akurasi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Humic acid is an important component in soil amendments, therefore an analytical method capable of producing precise, accurate, and reliable data against small variations in operational conditions is required. This study aims to evaluate the performance robustness of four humic acid analysis methods, namely the New Standardized Method (NSM), the Technical Instructions method, the gravimetric modified NSM, and the spectrophotometric modified NSM on Solid Organic Fertilizer (POP) and Solid Humic Compound (SHP) matrices. Performance robustness was evaluated based on precision using %RSD against the 2/3 CV Horwitz acceptance limit and accuracy using %Recovery against the consensus value. The results showed that the Juknis method had the best performance robustness on the POP matrix, while on the SHP matrix there was no method that met all precision and accuracy criteria under all variations in operational conditions. In general, the spectrophotometric-based method showed better performance robustness than the gravimetric-based method, while the matrix characteristics affected the method’s ability to maintain accuracy. | |
