      Abstract
      Wormhole merupakan solusi teoritis dari persamaan medan gravitasi yang menggambarkan adanya terowongan ruang-waktu yang menghubungkan dua wilayah berbeda dalam alam semesta maupun dua alam semesta yang berbeda. Perkembangan teori gravitasi modern menunjukkan bahwa kajian wormhole tidak hanya terbatas pada ruang-waktu berdimensi 3+1, tetapi juga dapat diperluas ke ruang-waktu berdimensi lebih tinggi yang banyak dikaji dalam teori dimensi ekstra dan teori gravitasi termodifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik berbagai jenis wormhole pada ruang-waktu berdimensi 4+1, meliputi Wormhole Morris-Thorne, Ellis-Bronnikov, Lorentzian, dan Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet, serta membandingkannya dengan solusi Schwarzschild- Tangherlini sebagai representasi geometri lubang hitam berdimensi lima.
       
      A wormhole is a theoretical solution to the gravitational field equations that describes the existence of a space-time tunnel connecting two different regions in the universe or even two different universes. Developments in modern gravity theory show that the study of wormholes is not limited to 3+1 dimensional space-time, but can also be extended to higher-dimensional space-time, which is widely explored in extra-dimensional theories and modified gravity theories. This research aims to analyze the characteristics of various types of wormholes in 4+1 dimensional space-time, including Morris-Thorne, Ellis-Bronnikov, Lorentzian, and Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet wormholes, and to compare them with the Schwarzschild-Tangherlini solution as a representation of five-dimensional black hole geometry.
