| dc.description.abstract | Potensi HHBK di Kabupaten Garut beragam namun belum optimal akibat kesenjangan produksi dengan permintaan pasar. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi potensi produksi, produktivitas, permintaan pasar, dan strategi pengembangan tiga komoditas HHBK (getah pinus, kopi, dan bambu) melalui survei lapangan dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, komparatif, korelasi, serta kesenjangan permintaanpasokan. Getah pinus menghasilkan 215.085 kg/tahun (produktivitas 2,05 kg/pohon/tahun), dipengaruhi kelas umur dan kerapatan tegakan. Kopi arabika dan robusta masing-masing 56.958 kg dan 11.010 kg ceri basah/tahun (produktivitas 5,50 dan 25,10 kg/pohon/tahun), dengan hubungan negatif antara kerapatan tanam dan produktivitas per pohon. Produktivitas bambu (tali 18,75, surat 14,78, betung 25,19 batang/rumpun) dipengaruhi jenis dan pola pemanenan. Kedua jenis kopi berada pada defisit berat pada tingkat pemenuhan pasar (arabika 8,98%, robusta 6,23%), getah pinus defisit ringan (80,3%), bambu tali defisit berat (46,20%), dan bambu surat defisit sedang (76,54%). Pengembangan HHBK memerlukan strategi terpadu berupa perbaikan teknik sadap, rehabilitasi dan intensifikasi budidaya, penjarangan rumpun, serta penguatan kelembagaan pemasaran kolektif. | |
| dc.description.abstract | NTFPs in Garut Regency are diverse but underutilized due to productiondemand gaps. This study evaluated the production potential, productivity, market demand, and development strategies of three NTFPs (pine resin, coffee, and bamboo) through field surveys and descriptive quantitative, comparative, correlation, and supply-demand gap analyses. Pine resin produced 215,085 kg/year (productivity 2.05 kg/tree/year), influenced by stand age class and density. Arabica and robusta coffee produced 56,958 kg and 11,010 kg of wet cherry/year (productivity 5.50 and 25.10 kg/tree/year), showing a negative relationship between planting density and productivity per tree. Bamboo productivity (tali 18.75, surat 14.78, betung 25.19 culms/clump) was influenced by species and harvesting patterns. Both coffee types faced a heavy market deficit (arabica 8.98%, robusta 6.23%), pine resin a light market deficit (80.3%), bamboo tali a heavy market deficit (46.20%), and bamboo surat a moderate market deficit (76.54%). NTFP development requires an integrated strategy of improved tapping techniques, rehabilitation and cultivation intensification, clump thinning, and strengthened collective marketing institutions. | |
