      Sistem Informasi Kalender Tanam Bawang Merah Berbasis Web di Kabupaten Brebes

      Abstract
      Bawang merah peka terhadap curah hujan tinggi sehingga ketepatan waktu tanam penting bagi petani di Kabupaten Brebes. Model prediksi curah hujan bulanan untuk sepuluh zona iklim di wilayah tersebut telah tersedia, tetapi luarannya masih berupa dokumen teknis yang sulit dipahami pengguna akhir. Penelitian ini membangun sistem informasi berbasis web yang menyajikan hasil prediksi tersebut sebagai peta dan kalender tanam bawang merah. Sistem dikembangkan dengan model waterfall sampai tahap pengujian menggunakan React, Leaflet, Flask, dan PostgreSQL. Wilayah studi pada Kecamatan Brebes, Wanasari, dan Jatibarang dibagi menjadi 198 sel grid berukuran 1 × 1 km yang dipetakan ke zona iklim berdasarkan titik iklim terdekat. Sistem menampilkan peta prediksi curah hujan bulanan berkategori Kering, Lembap, dan Basah, kalender tanam dua belas bulan tiap zona beserta rentang waktu tanam yang berasal dari rangkaian bulan kering, serta halaman admin untuk mengelola data. Kelayakan fungsional diuji menggunakan pengujian black box dengan teknik equivalence partitioning. Sebanyak 13 kasus uji disusun dari tujuh kebutuhan fungsional dan mencakup empat modul, yaitu Autentikasi, Peta, Kalender Tanam, dan Kelola Data Prediksi. Seluruh kasus uji berstatus berhasil, yaitu masukan valid menghasilkan keluaran sesuai harapan, sedangkan masukan tidak valid ditolak disertai pesan kesalahan tanpa mengubah data, sehingga sistem dinyatakan memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan fungsionalnya.
       
      Shallots are sensitive to high rainfall, so planting time is critical for farmers in Brebes Regency. A monthly rainfall prediction model for ten climate zones is available, but its output remains in technical documents that end users cannot readily interpret. This study developed a web-based information system that presents those predictions as maps and a shallot planting calendar. The system was developed using the waterfall model up to the testing stage with React, Leaflet, Flask, and PostgreSQL. The study area in Brebes, Wanasari, and Jatibarang Subdistricts was divided into 198 grid cells of 1 × 1 km assigned to the nearest climate zone. The system displays monthly rainfall predictions as Dry, Moist, or Wet, a twelve-month planting calendar per zone with planting periods derived from consecutive dry months, and an administrative page for managing data. Functional feasibility was assessed through black-box testing using equivalence partitioning. Thirteen test cases derived from the seven functional requirements covered four modules: Authentication, Map, Planting Calendar, and Prediction Data Management. All test cases were successful, with valid inputs producing the expected outputs and invalid inputs rejected with clear error messages without changing the stored data, so the system fulfils all of its functional requirements.
