      RIBKA WAHYUNI. Evaluasi Tingkat Kesesuaian Praktik Pemupukan Petani Berdasarkan Hasil Uji Tanah Sawah (PUTS) Menggunakan Prinsip 5T. Dibimbing oleh HENRY KASMANHADI SAPUTRA dan TRI BUDIARTO Praktik pemupukan yang tepat penting dalam usaha tani padi sawah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pupuk, menjaga kesuburan tanah, dan mendukung produktivitas tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hasil uji tanah sawah, menilai kesesuaian praktik pemupukan petani dengan rekomendasi berbasis hasil uji tanah, serta mengevaluasi penerapan prinsip 5T. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif evaluatif melalui survei, wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap 30 petani padi sawah di Desa Gondangmanis, Kabupaten Jombang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanah memiliki pH netral, fosfor tinggi, kalium dan C-organik rendah, serta nitrogen sedang hingga tinggi. Praktik pemupukan umumnya menggunakan Urea dan NPK Phonska dengan cara ditebar dua sampai tiga kali dalam satu musim tanam. Tingkat kesesuaian pemupukan menunjukkan 66,67% responden berada pada kategori tinggi, 30,00% sedang, dan 3,33% rendah. Praktik pemupukan sudah cukup sesuai, tetapi masih perlu perbaikan pada jenis, dosis, dan penggunaan bahan organik. Kata kunci: kesesuaian, pemupukan, prinsip 5T, padi sawah, uji tanah sawah
       
      RIBKA WAHYUNI. Evaluation of the Conformity Level of Farmers’ Fertilization Practices Based on Lowland Rice Soil Test Kit (PUTS) Results Using the 5R Principles. Supervised by HENRY KASMANHADI SAPUTRA and TRI BUDIARTO. Proper fertilization practices are important in lowland rice farming to improve fertilizer efficiency, maintain soil fertility, and support crop productivity. This study aimed to analyze lowland rice soil test results, assess the conformity of farmers’ fertilization practices with soil test-based recommendations, and evaluate the application of the 5R principles. This research used a descriptive evaluative approach through surveys, interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation involving 30 lowland rice farmers in Gondangmanis Village, Jombang Regency. The results showed that the soil had a neutral pH, high phosphorus content, low potassium and organic carbon contents, and moderate to high nitrogen levels. Farmers generally used Urea and NPK Phonska by broadcasting two to three times in one planting season. The conformity level of fertilization practices showed that 66.67% of respondents were in the high category, 30.00% in the moderate category, and 3.33% in the low category. The fertilization practices were relatively appropriate, but improvements are still needed in fertilizer type, dosage, and the use of organic matter.
