| dc.description.abstract | Divisi Application Operation (DevOps) Division (AOD) khususnya tim Monitoring masih melakukan pemantauan kinerja server dan aplikasi secara manual menggunakan beberapa tools monitoring yang terpisah sehingga proses pemantauan menjadi kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan sistem dashboard monitoring untuk mendukung proses pemantauan kinerja server dan aplikasi serta mengevaluasi tingkat kegunaannya menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode prototyping melalui tiga iterasi, menghasilkan sistem yang mengintegrasikan dashboard Microsoft Power BI dengan fitur autentikasi, role-based access control, sidebar navigation, dan account management. Pengujian User Acceptance Testing (UAT) menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna, sedangkan hasil pengujian SUS meningkat dari 68,5 pada iterasi pertama menjadi 91,5 pada iterasi ketiga. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat kegunaan yang sangat baik dan mampu mendukung proses monitoring server dan aplikasi secara lebih efektif. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The Application Operation (DevOps) Division (AOD), particularly the Monitoring team, still monitors server and application performance manually using several separate monitoring tools, making the monitoring process less efficient. This study aims to develop a monitoring dashboard system to support server and application performance monitoring and evaluate its usability using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The system was developed using the prototyping method through three iterations, resulting in a system that integrates a Microsoft Power BI dashboard with authentication, role-based access control, sidebar navigation, and account management features. The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results showed that all system features functioned according to user requirements, while the SUS score increased from 68.5 in the first iteration to 91.5 in the third iteration. These results indicate that the developed system has excellent usability and effectively supports server and application performance monitoring. | |
