Laporan Interaktif Capaian Pengelolaan Pulau Jawa Oleh Balai PSKL Wilayah Jawa Dengan Looker Studio

Abstract

Pengelolaan hutan di Pulau Jawa yang efektif menuntut adanya sistem pelaporan yang mampu menyajikan informasi secara akurat, tepat waktu, dan mudah dipahami. Untuk memperkenalkan kepada masyarakat luas, diperlukan pengembangan sebuah website resmi Balai PSKL Wilayah Jawa yang berfungsi sebagai platform informasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan website Balai PSKL Wilayah Jawa yang dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur interaktif berbasis Looker Studio menggunakan metodologi prototype. Solusi ini mengatasi masalah laporan yang sebelumnya bersifat statis dan data yang belum terpusat. Dengan mengintegrasikan Google Sheets dan Google Drive sebagai penyimpanan data terpusat , prototipe ini terbukti efektif dalam mengotomatisasi alur kerja data, mulai dari input data melalui dashboard web hingga visualisasi interaktif di Looker Studio. Umpan balik dari pengguna mengonfirmasi bahwa pendekatan ini valid, mudah dipahami, dan dapat menjadi solusi yang berkelanjutan

Effective forest management in Java requires a reporting system capable of presenting information accurately, timely, and easily understood. To introduce this to the wider public, it is necessary to develop an official website for the Java PSKL Office, which functions as an information platform. This research developed a website for the Java PSKL Office equipped with interactive features based on Looker Studio using a prototype methodology. This solution overcomes the problems of previously static reports and non-centralized data. By integrating Google Sheets and Google Drive as centralized data storage, this prototype proved effective in automating data workflows, from data input via a web dashboard to interactive visualization in Looker Studio. User feedback confirmed that this approach is valid, easy to understand, and can be a sustainable solution.
