| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pertumbuhan kangkung, bayam hijau, dan bayam merah serta kinerja produksi ikan nila Oreochromis niloticus pada sistem akuaponik kolam beton. Pemeliharaan dilakukan selama 30 hari dengan perlakuan tiga jenis tanaman menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Hasil analisis ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa jenis tanaman memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman (P<0,05). Kangkung menghasilkan pertumbuhan tertinggi sebesar 16,9 ± 0,1 cm, dibandingkan bayam hijau (3,5 ± 0,1 cm) dan bayam merah (3,4 ± 0,1 cm). Selama pemeliharaan, berat rata-rata ikan nila meningkat dari 20,07 g menjadi 142,40 g dengan pertambahan berat mutlak 122,33 g, sedangkan panjang rata-rata meningkat dari 10,48 menjadi 18,53 cm dengan pertambahan panjang mutlak 8,05 cm. Kelangsungan hidup ikan mencapai 67%. Suhu air selama pemeliharaan berkisar 25,5–30°C. Berdasarkan pertumbuhan tanaman, kangkung menunjukkan kinerja terbaik dibandingkan bayam hijau dan bayam merah serta berpotensi digunakan sebagai tanaman pada sistem akuaponik ikan nila berbasis kolam beton. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to evaluate the growth of water spinach, green spinach, and red spinach, as well as the production performance of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) in a concrete-pond aquaponic system. The experiment was conducted over 30 days with three plant treatments using a completely randomized design (CRD). The results of the ANOVA analysis showed that plant type had a significant effect on plant growth (P<0.05). Water spinach exhibited the highest growth at 16.9 ± 0.1 cm, compared to green spinach (3.5 ± 0.1 cm) and red spinach (3.4 ± 0.1 cm). During the rearing period, the average weight of tilapia increased from 20.07 g to 142.40 g, with an absolute weight gain of 122.33 g, while the average length increased from 10.48 cm to 18.53 cm, with an absolute length gain of 8.05 cm. Fish survival reached 67%. The water temperature during the rearing period ranged from 25.5 to 30.2 °C. Based on plant growth, water spinach showed the best performance compared to green spinach and red spinach and has the potential to be used as a crop in a concrete pondbased tilapia aquaponics system. | |
