      Pemberian Tepung Spirulina melalui Pakan untuk Meningkatkan Warna Merah Ikan Koi Kohaku Cyprinus rubrofuscus

      Abstract
      Ikan koi kohaku Cyprinus rubrofuscus merupakan komoditas ikan hias unggulan dengan permintaan tinggi karena warna tubuh yang menarik, namun tidak optimalnya kecerahan warna pada ikan koi menyebabkan penurunan kualitas bagi penghobi dan pembudidaya. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah penggunaan tepung spirulina untuk meningkatkan tingkat kecerahan warna merah pada ikan koi kohaku. Penelitian menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, yaitu Kontrol (S0), pemberian tepung spirulina dengan dosis 1,0% (S1,0), pemberian tepung spirulina dengan dosis 1,5% (S1,5), dan pemberian tepung spirulina dengan dosis 2,0% (S2,0). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tepung spirulina dengan dosis 2,0% (S2,0) menghasilkan nilai tertinggi pada parameter tingkat kecerahan warna, laju pertumbuhan bobot spesifik, laju pertumbuhan panjang spesifik, dan rasio konversi pakan, sedangkan pada parameter tingkat kelangsungan hidup memiliki nilai yang sama dengan perlakuan S0, S1, S1,5, dan S2,0.
       
      Kohaku koi (Cyprinus rubrofuscus) is a valuable ornamental fish commodity with high market demand due to its attractive body coloration. However, suboptimal color brightness in koi can reduce their quality and aesthetic value for hobbyists and fish farmers. One potential solution is the use of spirulina powder to enhance the red color brightness of kohaku koi. This study employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of four treatments and four replications: control (S0), supplementation with 1.0% spirulina powder (S1.0), supplementation with 1.5% spirulina powder (S1.5), and supplementation with 2.0% spirulina powder (S2.0). The results showed that supplementation with 2,0% spirulina powder (S2.0) produced the highest values for color brightness, specific growth rate in weight, specific growth rate in length, and feed conversion ratio. Meanwhile, the survival rate was the same across treatments S0, S1.0, S1.5, and S2.0.
