| dc.description.abstract | Industri pakan ternak sangat bergantung pada jagung dan dedak sebagai komponen penting dalam formulasi dan biaya pakan. Ketidakpastian curah hujan dan cuaca ekstrem dapat menurunkan produksi dan mutu pascapanen, sedangkan volatilitas harga, kapasitas pemasok, keterlambatan transportasi, akurasi perencanaan pengadaan, dan pengendalian persediaan dapat memperbesar gangguan pasokan. PT XYZ menghadapi keterbatasan diversifikasi sumber bahan baku dan sistem mitigasi yang belum sepenuhnya adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi risiko pasokan jagung dan dedak, menganalisis tingkat dan prioritas risiko, serta merumuskan strategi mitigasi bagi PT XYZ. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Januari–Maret 2025 dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner pakar, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari perusahaan dan lembaga terkait. Analisis mengintegrasikan Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), House of Risk (HOR), dan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). SCOR digunakan untuk memetakan proses rantai pasok; HOR Fase I untuk menentukan prioritas agen risiko; HOR Fase II untuk menyusun dan memeringkat tindakan pencegahan berdasarkan efektivitas dan tingkat kesulitan; serta AHP untuk menilai tiga alternatif terpilih berdasarkan efektivitas, biaya implementasi, ketersediaan sumber daya, dan kesesuaian dengan strategi perusahaan. Hasil pemetaan SCOR mengidentifikasi 30 kejadian risiko yang tersebar pada proses plan, source, make, deliver, dan return, serta 24 agen risiko sebagai sumber penyebabnya. Hasil HOR Fase I menunjukkan lima agen risiko dominan yang secara kumulatif menyumbang 62,34% dari total Aggregate Risk Priority sebesar 3.415. Hasil AHP menetapkan tiga strategi prioritas, yaitu penetapan safety stock berbasis variasi musim dan lead time pasokan (PA2; 0,509), penggunaan bahan baku alternatif (PA4; 0,405), dan pengetatan parameter mutu penerimaan bahan baku pada musim hujan (PA5; 0,087). Integrasi ketiga metode menghasilkan prioritas mitigasi yang mempertimbangkan tingkat risiko, kelayakan implementasi, dan kebutuhan operasional PT XYZ. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The animal feed industry relies heavily on corn and rice bran as major
components of feed formulation and production cost. Uncertain rainfall and
extreme weather may reduce agricultural output and post-harvest quality, while
price volatility, supplier capacity, transportation delays, procurement-planning
accuracy, and inventory control may amplify supply disruptions. PT XYZ faces
limited diversification of raw-material sources and a risk-mitigation system that is
not yet fully adaptive. This study aimed to identify corn and rice bran supply risks,
analyze their levels and priorities, and formulate mitigation strategies for PT XYZ.
The study was conducted from January to March 2025 using primary data
obtained through observations, interviews, and expert questionnaires, as well as
secondary data from the company and relevant institutions. The analysis integrated
the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), House of Risk (HOR), and
Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). SCOR was used to map supply-chain
processes; HOR Phase I prioritized risk agents; HOR Phase II ranked preventive
actions according to effectiveness and implementation difficulty; and AHP
evaluated three selected alternatives based on effectiveness, implementation cost,
resource availability, and alignment with corporate strategy.
The SCOR mapping identified 30 risk events across the plan, source, make,
deliver, and return processes and 24 risk agents. HOR Phase I identified five
dominant risk agents that cumulatively accounted for 62.34% of the total Aggregate
Risk Priority value of 3,415. AHP ranked season- and lead-time-based safety stock
(PA2; 0.509), alternative raw materials (PA4; 0.405), and stricter raw-material
acceptance parameters during the rainy season (PA5; 0.087) as the three priority
strategies. Integrating the three methods produced mitigation priorities that reflect
risk exposure, implementation feasibility, and PT XYZ’s operational requirements. | |
