      Abstract
      Penelitian ini dibuat berdasarkan penggunaan air untuk proses produksi di PT Dua Kelinci yang menggunakan sumur ABT (Air Bawah Tanah) melalui air pengolahan di Water Treatment Plant dengan volume per harinya sebesar 56,428 m³ untuk peak point pada WTP 1 dan 21 m³ untuk debit terendah pada unit scrubber. Ancaman penggunaan sumur ABT (Air Bawah Tanah) yang dilakukan secara continue dapat menyebabkan kerusakan lingkungan seperti penurunan muka tanah, amblesan, kekeringan sumur sekitar, dan segi ekonomis yang menimbulkan kenaikan biaya pembelian air bersih. Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah dengan penampungan hasil olahan di Reservoir memiliki potensi untuk dimanfaatkan kembali dengan volume tampungan yaitu 30,486 m³. Tujuan untuk merancang sistem reuse air limbah yang memenuhi baku mutu pangan dan kesehatan dengan menggunakan pengolahan fisika, kimia, dan biologi dilakukan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan penggunaan sumur ABT. Lahan yang tersedia dengan panjang dan lebar total lahan 170 m². Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan rancangan sistem, rekomendasi teknis dan operasional, serta kontribusi terhadap efisiensi air dan pengurangan limbah cair.
       
      This research was conducted based on water usage for production processes at PT Dua Kelinci, which utilises groundwater (ABT) via a water treatment plant (WTP) with a daily volume of 56,428 m³ at peak flow in WTP 1 and 21 m³ at the lowest flow rate in the scrubber unit. The continuous use of groundwater wells poses environmental risks such as land subsidence, ground subsidence, drying up of surrounding wells, and economic implications leading to increased costs for purchasing clean water. The Wastewater Treatment Plant, with its treated water storage in a reservoir, has the potential for reuse with a storage capacity of 30,486 m³. The objective is to design a wastewater reuse system that meets food and health quality standards using physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes to reduce reliance on groundwater wells. The available land is of 170 m². It is hoped that the results of this research will yield a system design, technical and operational recommendations, and contribute to water efficiency and the reduction of liquid waste.
