Pembuatan Modul Pengajuan Kerjasama Pada Website PT Batam Dwi Coconut Menggunakan Metode Rapid Application Development

Abstract

RENETA MEGA ZASKIA. Pembuatan Modul Pengajuan Kerja Sama pada Website PT Batam Dwi Coconut Menggunakan Metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Dibimbing oleh IRMANSYAH. PT Batam Dwi Coconut masih melaksanakan proses pengajuan kerja sama secara manual sehingga pengelolaan data, verifikasi, dan penyampaian hasil belum efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun modul pengajuan kerja sama berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan website company profile menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Pengembangan dilakukan melalui tahapan requirements planning, user design, construction, dan cutover dengan Laravel sebagai backend, Next.js sebagai frontend, dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Sistem menyediakan fitur pengajuan kerja sama, unggah dokumen pendukung, pengelolaan data oleh admin, approve dan reject, serta penyampaian hasil melalui redirect WhatsApp. Pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing untuk memastikan fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan dan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengukur kemudahan penggunaan. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh fungsi utama berjalan sesuai kebutuhan dan sistem memiliki tingkat usability yang baik, sehingga layak digunakan untuk mendukung proses pengajuan dan pengelolaan kerja sama di PT Batam Dwi Coconut.

PT Batam Dwi Coconut still conducts its partnership application process manually, resulting in inefficient data management, verification, and result delivery. This study aims to design and develop a web-based partnership application module integrated with the company profile website using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Development was carried out through the requirements planning, user design, construction, and cutover stages, using Laravel as the backend, Next.js as the frontend, and MySQL as the database. The system provides partnership application, supporting document upload, admin data management, approve and reject, and result delivery through WhatsApp redirection. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing to ensure system functions meet user requirements and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure usability. The results show that all main functions operate according to user requirements and the system has good usability, making it suitable as a digital platform to support partnership application and management processes at PT Batam Dwi Coconut.
