dc.description.abstractSub-DAS Cikalumpang merupakan bagian dari DAS Cidanau yang berfungsi sebagai daerah tangkapan air di Provinsi Banten. Perubahan tutupan lahan hutan ke areal penggunaan lain di kawasan ini diduga mengurangi kemampuan tanah menyerap air sehingga meningkatkan limpasan permukaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak perubahan tutupan lahan terhadap limpasan permukaan pada tahun 2020 dan 2025. Perubahan tutupan lahan dianalisis menggunakan citra Sentinel-2A dengan algoritma random forest, sedangkan limpasan permukaan dihitung menggunakan metode Soil Conservation Service Curve Number (SCS-CN). Hasil klasifikasi tutupan lahan menunjukkan tingkat ketelitian yang sangat baik dengan overall accuracy sebesar 95,42% dan kappa accuracy sebesar 94,52%. Selama periode 2020–2025, luas hutan berkurang dari 2.129,89 ha menjadi 2.084,93 ha, sedangkan luas permukiman, kebun campuran, dan semak belukar meningkat. Perubahan tersebut meningkatkan nilai curve number (CN) tertimbang dari 72,56 menjadi 72,69, sehingga volume limpasan permukaan bertambah dari 6.551.677,67 m³ menjadi 6.564.535,22 m³ atau meningkat sebesar 12.857,55 m³ dengan kedalaman limpasan permukaan sebesar 23,69 cm.
dc.description.abstractThe Cikalumpang Sub-Watershed is part of the Cidanau Watershed and serves as an important water catchment area in Banten Province, Indonesia. The conversion of forest land to other land-use types in this area is presumed to reduce the soil's infiltration capacity, thereby increasing surface runoff. This study aimed to analyze the impact of land cover change on surface runoff in 2020 and 2025. Land cover changes were analyzed using Sentinel-2A satellite imagery and the Random Forest classification algorithm, while surface runoff was estimated using the Soil Conservation Service Curve Number (SCS-CN) method. The land cover classification achieved excellent accuracy, with an overall accuracy of 95.42% and a Kappa accuracy of 94.52%. During the 2020–2025 period, forest area decreased from 2,129.89 ha to 2,084.93 ha, while settlement, mixed plantation, and shrubland areas increased. These land cover changes increased the weighted Curve Number (CN) from 72.56 to 72.69, resulting in an increase in surface runoff volume from 6,551,677.67 m³ to 6,564,535.22 m³, representing an increase of 12,857.55 m³ with a surface runoff depth of 23.69 cm.
