      Abstract

The supply chain resilience of milk and peanut commodities faces serious threats from climate change, supply fluctuations, and rising operational costs. This study aims to analyze the financial impact, technology adoption determinants (behavioral intention to use), and sustainability priorities of a Creating Shared Value (CSV) program based on a Double Circular Economy (DCE) within an integrated framework. This initiative forms part of a supplier development program for dairy and peanut farmer partners of GPPJ. The analysis evaluates three supply chain models: current conditions, the DCE 1 alternative scheme with conventional chopper technology, and the DCE 2 alternative scheme with chopper-baler technology. This study uses a dominant quantitative approach with a case study design. Sampling relies on a two-stage cluster random sampling technique involving 85 dairy farmers and 85 peanut farmers. The study also includes 4 experts: the dairy farming coordinator, the peanut farming coordinator, the Head of Strategic Procurement Division, and the Head of Project Solution. Data analysis integrates Partial Budgeting, Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares Multi-Group Analysis (PLS-SEM MGA), and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Partial Budgeting results show that both alternative schemes yield a positive Net Value Change (NVC) compared to the current supply chain. The DCE 2 scheme generates the highest NVC for all actors compared to DCE 1. The NVC increases by 26.03 percent for dairy farmers, 16.72 percent for peanut farmers, and 116.69 percent for the company. Effect size test results show that Price Value acts as the main driver of adoption intention, followed by Perceived Ease of Use, Social Influence, Perceived Usefulness, and Facilitating Condition. Further MGA testing indicates that dairy farmers give greater weight to Price Value than peanut farmers, while peanut farmers dominate the remaining variables. AHP synthesis confirms Price Value as the most dominant criterion (weight 0.47) with Cost Saving as the primary global priority indicator (weight 0.212). This establishes the DCE 2 scheme as the top prioritized technology choice (weight 0.813). Practically, these findings provide strategic guidance for companies to allocate investments in quantified CSV-DCE supplier development programs. The results clarify adoption drivers across different partner groups. As a result, companies can formulate accurate strategies tailored to field needs and program sustainability to build a sustainable supply chain.
